mark s assignment last friday on slides re: forming alliances as corporate strategy. donut versus chevron. ridiculous time spent on deciding minor ways of presenting things...

but it makes sense. ppl will criticise otherwise and frameworks won't work

and also 2nd point is that it seems like a stupid job but it could be perceived as very imprtant: i'm helping develop a framework! all depends on how you frame it, in order to motivate a person. mark had me sitting in on aphone call with another partner of utilities practice.


at the same time -- why is a 22 yr old helping develop this framework? with no experience?
